B2B Customer Stories and Product Launch Support
Customer case studies, product launch messaging and point-of-view content for B2B tech startups. Strategic storytelling from Megan Pratt.
Your best proof is already inside your company
Your happiest customers, your product team’s sharpest insights and your founder’s view of where the market is heading are all stories. Most startups never write them down. Buyers trust peers and specifics far more than claims, so every untold customer win is a deal your sales team has to fight harder for.

FAQ
How long does a customer case study take?
Most case studies take two to three weeks from customer interview to final draft. The biggest variable is customer approval, so I build review time into every timeline.
Do I need positioning before storytelling?
It helps. Stories land harder when they reinforce a clear position. If your positioning isn’t settled, I’ll make sure every story ties back to the value you want to own.
Can you support a product launch on short notice?
Often, yes. Tell me your launch date on the first call and I’ll tell you honestly what’s possible in that window.
