B2B Positioning and Messaging Consultant for Startups
I help B2B tech startups define who they serve, why they win and how to say it, in about 6 weeks. You leave with a positioning document, a messaging framework and a strategic narrative that product, sales and marketing all use. Positioning and messaging projects start at $7,000.
Why positioning comes first
Positioning is the foundation of your marketing house. When it’s weak, everything built on top wobbles. Sales decks contradict the website, campaigns attract the wrong buyers, and reps fall back on feature lists. When it’s solid, every asset gets easier to build and better at converting.

FAQ
How long does a B2B positioning project take?
Most positioning and messaging projects take four to six weeks, from the first interview to team rollout. Teams with a launch or fundraise on the calendar can move faster with a compressed sprint.
What’s the difference between positioning and messaging?
Positioning is the strategy: who you serve, what you’re compared to and why you win. Messaging is how you express that strategy in words for each audience. Strong messaging depends on settled positioning, so I always build positioning first.
What happens after the project ends?
Many clients move into a fractional engagement so I can build the sales deck, website copy and launch assets on top of the new foundation. Others hand the framework to their in-house team with a rollout guide.
